<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content saving device that increases the number of times of copying, without requiring a larger storage capacity when the content allowed to be copied within a limit of the number of times is saved. <P>SOLUTION: The content saving device 100 includes a receiving unit 2, which receives broadcast waves or the content distributed from the Internet; a storage unit 4 which saves the received distributed content; and a management unit 5, which manages the number of times of copying the saved distributed content.
