PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a map for confirming the location of the nearest medical institute that matches the conditions, by merely entering a prescribed information which anyone can know.

SOLUTION: Whether medical institutes whose number corresponds to the number of items of retrieval designated by a user exist in a displayed map is confirmed; and when confirmation result is negative, the scale of the displayed map is changed automatically and in a stepwise manner.
