<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate all at once, improvement of measurement sensitivity, cost reduction, miniaturization, improvement of constitution flexibility, and improvement of disturbance resistance or the like, in an optical analyzer. <P>SOLUTION: This optical analyzer includes a fiber type analysis part 2 constituted so that light from a laser light source 1 is refracted and simultaneously propagated through the inside, and that an analysis object is introduced onto a propagation orbit of the light; a wavelength selection element 4 wherein a selection wavelength is set in an absorption wavelength band of the analysis object; a photodetection means 3 for measurement for detecting the intensity of light selected by the fiber type analysis part 2; and a photodetection means 5 for reference for detecting the intensity of light derived from the wavelength selection element 4. Each interval between the laser light source 1 and the fiber type analysis part 2, between the fiber type analysis part 2 and the photodetection means 3 for measurement, between the laser light source 1 and the wavelength selection element 4, and between the wavelength selection element and the photodetection means 5 for reference is connected with optical fibers 91-94. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
