PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-adhesive film having proper flexibility as a dicing film and preventing a blocking phenomenon in corona treatment on a support base material film. SOLUTION: The self-adhesive film is formed of a support base material 1 principally consisting of polyolefin and a self-adhesive layer 2 formed on one side of the support base material 1. The support base material 1 is formed of a first layer 1a consisting of a blend of one or more kinds of polyolefins and a second layer 1b consisting of a blend of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and a polyethylene. In the second layer 1b, the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer contains 10-35 wt.% of vinyl acetate, and a weight percentage of the polyethylene in the blend is 5-40 wt.%.
