<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation accompanied by a temperature difference in a circumferential direction which is caused by natural convection. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pump 5 horizontally keeps heat pipes 27 in a plurality of stages along the inner surface of an inside casing 25. Thereby, heat is transmitted from an ascending side 30a of the natural convection where a temperature becomes higher to a descending side 30b of the natural convection where the temperature becomes lower through the heat pipe 27, even if natural convection is generated to increase the temperature difference of inactive gas in a circumferential direction.
