PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply molding sand equalized by a molding line by solving the problem of the occurrence of variation of sand due to variation in core weight, casting weight, cooling time, sand composition, etc. SOLUTION: The treatment method of the molding sand for recovering the sand of the casting molds finished in pouring molten metal, flask by flask, and supplying the sand to a molding line via a sand treatment line includes: a step of obtaining sand section information Isc which uses pattern information Im, includes a sand composition and is given to the sand; a step of giving the sand section information Isc to the recovered sand for every mold for molding the sand section information Isc; a step of storing the recovered sand given the sand section information Isc for one flask portion each into a recovery storage; and a step of taking out the recovered sand with the sand section information Isc from the recovery storage for every one flask portion and performing sand mulling.
