<p>A burden of operation for registering medical data in the medical facility in a regional medical cooperation server is reduced. A registration terminal (10) installed in the medical facility (100) collects (acquires) various kinds of information relating to the examination (data relating to the examination) designated on a selection/registration screen, from an image server (20), a report management server (50), and an electronic medical chart server (80). The registration terminal (10) generates link information on the basis of the various kinds of collected information (information accompanying medical image data, remark report data, and a user information record). Then, the registration terminal (10) transmits the generated link information to the regional medical cooperation server (90), which registers the received link information to a registry.</p> |
