The device has a rotor element (2) i.e. solid sphere, with a spherical-shaped convexly curved external surface (8) and a set of magnets (4). A retaining element (1) has a spherical-shaped concavely curved internal surface (7) and a coil (5). The rotor element is movably arranged in the retaining element such that the internal surface of the retaining element in a spherical-shaped curved area runs parallel to a spherical-shaped curved area of the external surface of the rotor element. The magnets are separated from each other by lines of latitude and longitude of the external surface (8).
