The wheel arch lining has a wheel arc shell (12), whose outer edge (14) is mounted and supported in a holding element (18) of the fender (10) or a fender inner part (20). A lining element (16) is arranged sectionally at the edge of the wheel arc shell. The lining element is placed on a spacer element, particularly a spacer element which is mounted at the edge of the wheel arc shell. The spacer element is made of plastic. The lining element is formed from acrylate-impregnated polyurethane-foam.
