The washing sucker has a washing cap connected to a base body (1) and filled with a cotton ball. A compression spring is arranged between a plunger (2) and a base (7). A washing fluid is inserted into a wound for rinsing the wound while air exhausts through exhaust air holes, where the fluid sticks in the cotton ball. A balloon made of rubber or elastic material is utilized for intake of necessary medium and compressed air supply. A disposable waste container is integrated between a plug connection or a fitting and the base body. The spring is inserted between a grip (4) and a cover (6).
