<p>The network has terminal equipments i.e. cell phone, in which functions of a base station are integrated to control transmission into a fixed network. Number of subscribers in the network is approximately 10. Each terminal equipment works as a relay. The terminal equipment is additionally coded by a software function or an auxiliary hardware.</p>
