The device has a dosing module for dosing of pollutant-reducing medium, and a supply system for supplying the pollutant-reducing medium. A heating device partially supplies the heat to the supply system and/or the dosing module, where the heating device comprises a surface heating system (110) which is a flexible or plastic deformable surface heating system. A heating foil i.e. self adhesive carrier foil (112), is provided in the surface heating system. The thickness of the surface heating system is about 150 micrometers.
