PURPOSE: A shape steel transfer direction conversion apparatus is provided to reduce transfer direction by rapidly converting the progressive direction of a shape steel without having a separate space in transferring the shape steel. CONSTITUTION: A shape steel transfer direction conversion apparatus comprises a transfer conveyor(1), a converting part(10), and a base frame. The ends of the one or more transfer conveyors are faced in the different transfer direction. The transfer converting part is formed at the end of the transfer conveyor and transfers the shape steel transferred by the transfer conveyor to the other transfer conveyor. The transfer converting part is mounted on the base frame.
