PURPOSE: A rotary fire hydrant is provided to prevent the damage caused by external force and to get rid of freezing troubles in winter without any problems with walking for pedestrians. CONSTITUTION: A rotary fire hydrant comprises the following units. A main valve(20) is installed on a main pipe and supplies fire fighting water. A direction changing connector(30) is connected to the one end of the main pipe in order to change the direction of the fire fighting water. A connecting pipe(40) is connected to the direction changing connector. A discharging tube includes a hose connector at the top, a rotary pipe at the bottom, and a cam member on the external of the rotary pipe. The rotary pipe and hose connector are connected by a water path.
