MANUFACTURING METHOD OF UNFIRED CERAMIC HYBRID COMPOSITE AND THE CERAMIC HYBRID SUBSTRATE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an unfired ceramic hybrid composite and a ceramic hybrid substrate are provided to exclude a high temperature process for ceramic plasticity by forming a coating layer. CONSTITUTION: The ink composite including the ceramic powder, the polymer resin, and the dispersing agent are made(S201). The polymer resin is the thermosetting resin or thermoplastic resin. A uniform film is formed by spraying the ink composite on a substrate, foil, or film(S202). The substrate, foil, and film are a Si semiconductor substrate, a Cu foil, and a polymer film. The sprayed ink composite is dried(S203). The polymer resin inside the uniform film is cured by the thermal process under the 300 degrees centigrade(S204). The ceramic hybrid composite is completed(S205).
