PURPOSE: A power transmission device with a position correcting unit for a cutter blade of a shredder is provided to simply adjust the position of a cutter blade and position the cutter blade at the point where cutting efficiency is maximized. CONSTITUTION: A power transmission device with a position correcting unit for a cutter blade of a shredder comprises the following units. A driven gear(100) has a hole(120), into which a shaft is inserted, in the center and includes a shaft fixing portion(110) for fixing the shaft. A driving gear(200) comprises a driving gear unit(210) from which a fixing pin is protruded in order to go in gear with the driven gear, a position correcting unit(220) to be inserted into the fixing pin, and a driven power gear integrated with the position correcting unit.
