PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to use a communication means that has a friend service such as an SNS (Social Networking Service) in a healthier manner than in the conventional practice.

SOLUTION: An SNS system 1 is provided with: a user information storage unit 124 that stores the type of relationship for each second user who has a relationship with a first user; and a screen display control unit 104 that causes information on each second user to be displayed in a terminal apparatus 2 of the first user on the basis of the type of the relationship between each second user and the first user.
