<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master disk for manufacturing an optical information recording medium, which improves thermal interference occurring when a convex-type structure is formed. <P>SOLUTION: The master disk for manufacturing the optical information recording medium comprises a recording layer including a laminate of a recording auxiliary layer provided in contact with the substrate and a thermosensitive layer. The thermosensitive layer includes a base material which changes a state due to exposure, and the recording auxiliary layer is formed of material absorbing light of a wavelength to be used for exposure and having heat conductivity higher than that of the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
