<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of cracks and the reduction of light transmittance of an antireflective film. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an optical element, which is adaptable to reflow treatment for realizing board mounting of electronic parts by making a conductive paste melt by heating, comprising a step of forming an antireflective film 6 on the lens body 23a composed of a thermosetting resin; and in this step of forming the film 6, a film formation temperature is maintained in a range of -40 to +40°C, with respect to a melting temperature of the conductive paste. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
