<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a normal ultrasonic image even when the number of pulsers incorporated in a controller for ultrasonic waves is smaller than the number of ultrasonic transducers incorporated in an ultrasonic probe. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasonic endoscope 10 has a plurality of ultrasonic transducers 160. A portable ultrasonic inspection device 30 has a plurality of pulsers 150 for driving the ultrasonic transducers 160. The adapter device 32 has a wiring connection part 120 for relaying the electric connection of the ultrasonic endoscope 10 and the portable ultrasonic inspection device 30. The wiring connection part 120 is provided with an MUX 124 for selectively switching the ultrasonic transducer 160 to be driven by the pulser 150 by switching a wiring path. By performing drive while switching the connection of the wiring path in the MUX 124, the normal ultrasonic images are acquired even when the number of the pulsers 150 is small. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
