<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection head whose manufacturing process can be simplified, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the liquid injection characteristics can be improved, and to provide its manufacturing method and a liquid injection device. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element unit 18 and a case head 20 are joined together, by attracting a fixing board 35 to the inner surface of a housing part 19 of a case head 20 with magnetic force, under a state that at least the side of some part of the piezoelectric element unit 18 is abutted to the alignment face 50 of the inner surface of the housing part 19, when the piezoelectric element unit 18 is inserted into the case head 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
