<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel administration method of buprenorphine and a manufacturing method of a formulation for it. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This formulation is a solid formulation for administration and discharge of an action substance in oral cavity capable of decomposing in an aqueous medium and in the form of a flat foil, a paper, or a wafer paper. This formulation contains buprenorphine, a pharmacologically equivalent action substance, a therapeutically suitable salt of buprenorphine, or its pharmacologically equivalent action substance, and manufacturing methods of the formulations are also disclosed.
