<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the bending deformation in the fold line direction of a filter medium pack. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The filter medium pack 11 is provided inside a filter frame. The fold line direction of the filter medium pack 11 is parallel to a vertical direction V. The filter medium pack 11 is adhered to the inner surface of the filter frame with an adhesive. A support bar 13 is provided to an opening 50F on the front side of the filter frame. The support bar 13 is inserted into the gap between the respective inner surfaces 21N and 22N of top and base frame parts 21 and 22, and laid across the top and base frame parts 21 and 22. The support bar 13 is bent at both ends thereof, and the first and second bent plate parts 31A and 32A; 31B and 32B are respectively formed to both ends of the support bar 13. The first bent plate parts 31A and 31B are bent at an acute angle on the front inside thereof, and come into contact with inner surfaces 21N and 22N.
