<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorded data reproduction apparatus and the like capable of acquiring and reproducing a plurality of recorded data items suitable for a reproduction request time requested by a user. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A recorded data reproduction apparatus S comprises: a storage means 4 for storing recorded data, that can be reproduced together with reproduction time information indicating a reproduction time of the relevant recorded data; a reproduction request time acquiring means 6 for acquiring a reproduction request time requested by a user; a recorded data acquiring means 10 for acquiring the recorded data from the storage section by referring to the reproduction time information, so that a total of the reproduction time in acquiring the recorded data from the storage section is approximately coincident with the reproduction request time; and a reproduction means 8 for reproducing the acquired recorded data.
