<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontally draining device capable of preventing the water collected in a box-like gutter from leaking the outside without fail by merely screw-fitting a fixing screw. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This horizontally draining device is composed of a drain body part 1 provided on an inner side of a vertical wall T2, a supporting board 2 provided on an outer side of the vertical wall T2, and the fixing screw 3 capable of connecting them mutually. The drain body part 1 is formed to have substantially L-shaped vertical cross section and is provided with a drain hole 12 in a vertical piece 11 added on an inner face of the vertical wall T2 in contact with the inner face, a cylindrical drain pipe insertion cylindrical part 13 passing through a mounting hole H for draining toward the outside from a peripheral fringe of the drain hole 12 protrudedly, and an outer peripheral face screw part at a tip of the drain pipe insertion cylindrical part 13 protrudedly. The supporting board 2 is formed to have substantially the same shape as that of the drain body part 1 and is provided with an insertion hole 21a allowing the drain pipe insertion cylindrical part 13 to be inserted into it in a vertical piece part 21 added on an outer face of the vertical wall T2 in contact with the outer face and an annular collar part 22 allowing the drain pipe insertion cylindrical part 13 to be inserted into it toward the outside from a peripheral fringe of the insertion hole 21a protrudedly. The fixing screw 3 is formed to have a cylindrical shape. A tapered projecting part 4 having an inclined part 41 is protrudedly provided in at least either of an upper part of the outer periphery of the drain pipe insertion cylindrical part 13 and an upper part of the inner periphery of the insertion hole in the supporting board.
