<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire processed product which has no peeling of a connected portion between a wiring pattern of a circuit board and an electric wire and has improved thermal shock resistant characteristics and workability even if it is used under a thermal shock environment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electric wire processed product is provided with electric wires 3, 6, 7 having a central conductor composed of a single or a plurality of stranded wires and a circuit board 5 having a wiring pattern 4 for connecting with the electric wires 3, 6, 7. End portions of the central conductor of the electric wires 3, 6, 7 are roll-processed to form flat rolled portions 6a, 7a, 8a, and the rolled portions 6a, 7a, 8a are positioned on the wiring pattern 4 of the circuit board 5 and the rolled portions 6a, 7a, 8a are connected with the wiring pattern 4 by laser-welding.
