PURPOSE: A smoking area convenient facilities an outdoor billboard is provided to increase advertising effect by attaching a sensor and acoustic advertising unit to an ashtray. An ash tray member(30) includes a horizontal board, a vertical board perpendicularly crossed with the horizontal board, and an inclined part with a certain slant. A container(40) is curved surface(42) and has a rotary door, and the rotary door is combined with the container with a hinge. A fastening unit is formed at the other side of the hinge, and a door(50) is combined with the surface of the housing with the hinge. An acoustic advertising part is built in the housing and includes a database, a speaker(62), a sensor unit(68), and a controller adjusting a signal.
