<p>PURPOSE: A wind power generation apparatus is provided to decelerate the rotation of a rotating shaft when excessive air current is generated and to reduce a noise due to vortex. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generation apparatus comprises a housing unit equipped with a housing base and a housing head, a housing shaft arranged to rotate between the housing head and the housing base, blades(200) fixed to the housing shaft, and a bypass panel unit(300) moving relative to the blades. The bypass panel unit includes a bypass panel mounting part(210) formed on the blades, a bypass panel which is arranged on the bypass panel mounting part to rotate about the blades, and a bypass panel connection part which connects to the bypass panel to the bypass panel mounting part.</p> |
