<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starting device capable of regulating leak of working oil from a working oil passage while meeting a request for size reduction. <P>SOLUTION: In the starting device, a first working oil passage a1 is formed at an input shaft 13 of an automatic transmission mechanism, and an oil sump chamber 31a of a turbine hub 31 and a first working oil passage a1 are connected through a second working oil passage a2 formed penetrating to an outer circumference surface of a tip part of the input shaft 13 in the radial direction. The second working oil passage a2 is connected to a cylinder oil chamber 37 through a third working oil passage a3 formed penetrating through the inside of a turbine hub 31 in the radial direction. A fitting member fitted in an inner circumference surface of the turbine hub 31, and an oil seal 50 provided with a lip seal of which the radial direction outer part is fixed on the fitting member and of which the radial direction inner part slide-contacts on the outer circumference surface of the input shaft 13 while being elastically deformed are press-fitted at two positions on both axial sides between which an opening at an outer circumference side of the second working oil passage a2 and an opening at an inner circumference side of the third working oil passage a3 are interposed, in the oil sump chamber 31a of the turbine hub 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
