<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management system, an equipment management method and a program capable of properly managing and using equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU informs an administrator that an appliance should be replaced (step S34) when its point total is 500 points or larger and the number of past failures is three or more (Yes in step S32, Yes in step S33).
