PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in weather resistance and pigment coloring property, dissolving a bronze phenomenon and having a good balance between a surface appearance and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition is composed of a graft copolymer (A) of 10-100 pts.wt. and a thermoplastic resin (B) of 0-90 pts.wt. (where the sum of (A) and (B) is 100 pts.wt.), wherein the graft copolymer (A) comprises a graft polymer (a-1) of 1-40 wt.%, which is formed by graft-polymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound and vinyl cyanide with a two layer structured rubber polymer of which the inner layer is a butadiene-based rubber polymer with a weight average particle size of 250-450 nm, and the outer layer is an acrylic rubber polymer with an average thickness of 70-180 nm, and a graft polymer (a-2) of 60-99 wt.%, which is formed by graft-polymerizing an aromatic vinyl monomer and vinyl cyanide monomer with an acrylic rubber polymer with a weight average particle size of 70-180 nm, and the thermoplastic resin (B) is formed by polymerizing one or more monomers of aromatic vinyl compound, vinyl cyanide, and a (meth)acrylic acid ester.
