<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing delay from image input to image output. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing system connects and outputs encoded data, in an order of inputting image data or in an order of arranging image blocks in the encoded data, every time the encoded data in the arrangement order of the image blocks is generated by a plurality of encoding units allocated to a plurality of divided image areas corresponding to a target delay time of encoding. Further, the image processing system divides an image area corresponding to a target delay time of decoding in the order of arranging the image blocks in the encoded data or in the order of outputting the source image data obtained by decoding to a display device, and allocates them to a plurality of decoding units, and stores the decoded image data by the plurality of allocated decoding units every time the encoded data in the order of arranging the image blocks or in the output order to the display device is decoded, and outputs the image data in the output order to the display device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
