摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a groove machining method capable of suppressing separation of surplus materials from a product planning part, in forming a groove shape in a product planning part of a workpiece, and also to provide a groove shape machining program, operation program, control system and a machining apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the groove machining method by which a groove shaping part is formed by a torch in a product planning part of a workpiece WO. The method is characterized in that, in forming a first machining groove G11 corresponding to a first face comprising the groove shaping part and a second machining groove G12 corresponding to a second face to be formed adjacently to the first face, micro joints MJ11, MJ12 are formed in the middle in the longitudinal direction of the first machining groove, that auxiliary grooves G111, G112, G113, G114 are formed which extend from the micro joints of the first machining groove to the direction receding from the first face and which are made connectible to the second machining groove, and that the second machining groove is formed after the auxiliary machining grooves are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
