<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC chip processing device and an IC processing method having higher convenience, in order to receive service by holding an IC chip loading medium at a designated surface. <P>SOLUTION: An electric signal is allowed to reach loop antennas A103a, B103b, C103c disposed adjacent to one another from an RFID antenna 102 as a starting point by electromagnetic induction, which permits one IC chip processing device to exert a function equivalent to that exerted by a plurality of IC chip processing devices. Furthermore, the loop antennas A103a, B103b, and C103c are stacked on a display screen of a display device of an information providing device, and the display screen is visible transparently, and thus it makes possible the utilization of the display contents of a display screen as a reading surface of an IC chip.
