PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metal-clad laminated sheet suppressing adhesion of a metal foil to a hot press roll and superior in conveying properties. SOLUTION: A first material 1 to be stuck and a second material 2 to be stuck are continuously drawn out from rolled conditions and are fed between a pair of press rolls 3 and 4, and are stuck together by hot pressing at a pressing point of the heated press rolls 3 and 4 to prepare the metal-clad laminated sheet 5.
