PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered plate with an extremely small dielectric loss tangent in the low frequency region and excellent crack resistance using a cycloolefin monomer with extremely small dielectric loss tangent in the high frequency region, a prepreg providing the plate, and a polymerizable composition. SOLUTION: This polymerizable composition contains the cycloolefin monomer having two or more unsaturated bonds in a molecule and at least one of which is metathesis-reactive, a polymerization catalyst, and a crosslinking agent and a multifunctional (meth)acrylate compound as cross-linking auxiliary agents. The prepreg is obtained by impregnating the polymerizable composition into reinforcing fibers, and polymerizing the composition. The layered product is obtained by laminating the prepregs with each other and/or with other materials, and curing them. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
