PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door latch device of a cabinet with a flap door, which enables the weight saving of the door by a simple structure, which can reduce costs by decreasing an urging force of an urging means of the door, and which has proper operability. SOLUTION: A latch lever 22, the lower end of which has an operation rod 25, is pivotally mounted on the front lower portion of a cabinet body 7 by a horizontally-directed rotating shaft 23 so that the operation rod 25 can be longitudinally turned below a bottom plate 16 of the cabinet body 7. A locking portion 27a of the latch lever 22 can be engaged with/disengaged from a locking pin 26 of the door 8 in the closing of the door. Additionally, the cabinet body 7 is provided with a torsion coil spring 11 for urging the locking portion 27a in the direction of engagement with the locking pin 26. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
