摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply designed reflectivity detecting device capable of coping to the great vertical fluctuation of the height of a detection object plane. SOLUTION: An oil film detecting device E1 includes a laser source 100 emitting a laser beam L1, an irradiating section 200 for irradiating a predetermined area with the laser beam L1 emitted from the laser source 100, a half mirror 310, a coaxial vertical illuminating section 300 for leading a laser beam L3 irradiating a water surface W and a laser beam L4 reflected from the water surface W so that the optical axes of the laser beams L3 and L4 become coaxial, and a light receiving section 400 for receiving a laser beam L5 from the vertical illuminating section 300. The vertical illuminating section 300 has the half mirror 310 reflect the laser beam L2, leads the laser beam L3 so as to regularly be reflected from the water surface W, makes the half mirror 310 transmit the laser beam L4 regularly reflected from the water surface W, and leads the laser beam L5 so as to be received by the light receiving section 400.
