<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase of the installation space of a device and cost increase and to efficiently achieve detoxification by surely separating a foreign matter from treatment fluid and simultaneously detoxifying the foreign matter and the treatment fluid from which the foreign matter is separated, in a cyclone device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cyclone device includes: a cylindrical casing body 3 inside which the treatment fluid is turned; an introducing path 4 connected to the upper part of the casing body 3 and capable of introducing the treatment fluid F; and a bottom part discharge port 5 formed by opening the bottom part 2a of the casing body 3 for discharging the foreign matter S separated from the treatment fluid F. The cyclone device is provided with an upper discharge pipe 6 concentric to the case body 3, which is projected downward from the ceiling center part 1b of the casing body 3 and disposed, has an upward discharge space 6a capable of guiding the treatment fluid F from which the foreign matter S is separated to the upper part of the casing body 3 and discharging it to the outside formed on the inner side and comprises an ultraviolet ray irradiation means 7 capable of irradiating the upward discharge space 6a with ultraviolet rays UV at least.
