The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing and evaluating the combat capability of a military field unit, and comprises the steps of: mounting an attachable laser generation apparatus and a trigger generation apparatus onto a shooter's gun; connecting power thereto; taking a picture of the target where the laser beam hits during the time period when the shooter pulls the trigger; transmitting the picture to a server on the shooting range; and transmitting the results to a server of a training cadre unit through a communication network.
