Hardware group (1) for windows, doors and the like which comprise a frame (3) and a leaf (2) movable in a slidable manner relative to the frame (3) along a first given direction (D); the group (1) comprising at least an abutment (32) which can be carried stably by the frame (3) and at least a corresponding closing member (34) carried by a rod (31) couplable to the leaf (2) in a freely slidable manner transversely to the first given direction (D); each closing member (34) being provided with a regulating device (36) suitable to vary the position thereof along the first given direction (D) in order to facilitate the coupling thereof to the respective abutment (32); each regulating device (36) comprises a first frame (35) presenting a single space (350) which houses with clearance the respective closing member (34) and presents a substantially semi- cylindrical first seat (352) closed laterally by the respective closing member (34) and axially by the rod (31) in order to house a threaded member (39) in a rotatably free manner.
