A METHOD FOR PRODUCING 4A ZEOLITE USED IN DETERGENT

A method for producing 4A zeolite used in detergent is provided, wherein Al source and Si source are reacted with each other, to obtain a gel, then the resulting gel is crystallizing, to obtain 4A zeolite, wherein a sodium aluminate solution produced in the production process of alumina, which is not desilicated, and an industrial sodium metasilicate solution are utilized to producing 4A zeolite used in detergent. The method is simple, the cost thereof is low, the product quality thereof is high, and the method is applicable for continuous production in mass scale. The method can be realized on the existing product line of 4A zeolite in the art, without any additional equipments. The mother liquor after crystallization is utilized to adjust the concentrations of the sodium metasilicate solution and the adjusting solution, the amount of discharge liquid is reduced as much as possible, and the product can meet both the demand of detergent consumer and the demand of the consumer of high-grade molecular sieve. The product cost is lower about 200¥/t than that of the process in the prior art. Therefore, economic benefit and social benefit of the method are significant.
