<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically maintain behavioral standards of members in an electronic community. <P>SOLUTION: A player (submitter) selects an ID of another player (500). After selecting the ID, the submitter selects a feedback directed to the player (502). After the feedback is selected, the submitter's game console sends the feedback and ID to a server (504). The server tallies and stores the feedback by player and feedback category (506). The server determines whether the collected feedback has exceeded an escalation threshold for the category of feedback (508). If the threshold is exceeded, the server escalates the issue to a manual operator (510). If the threshold is not exceeded, the server determines whether the feedback exceeds a threshold for automatic response (514).
