MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PATTERN FORMING BODY, AND REPRODUCING METHOD OF PATTERN FORMING BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pattern forming body by which the pattern forming body can be manufacture to be adaptable to the digitization of a CTP (Computer to Plate) or the like without using laser beams, and to provide a reproducing method of the pattern forming body by which an original plate for the pattern forming body can be obtained by reproducing the manufactured pattern forming body.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the pattern forming body uses an original plate for the pattern forming body, which has a photocatalyst layer and a characteristic changing layer where a characteristic changes by an action of an photocatalyst formed on the photocatalyst layer. In this case, the manufacturing method comprises: a process of forming a light shading pattern for shading active light on the characteristic changing layer; a process of arranging a photocatalyst layer forming base material where the photocatalyst layer is formed on a transparent base material through which active light passes so that the photocatalyst layer comes into contact with the characteristic changing layer where the light shading pattern is formed; a process of irradiating the original plate for the pattern forming body with the active light via the photocatalyst layer forming base material; and a process of detaching the photocatalyst layer forming base material after irradiation of the active light, are included.
