<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow distributor with a simple structure and superior durability capable of distributing a flow of a multi-phase fluid so that each rate of each phase becomes equal. <P>SOLUTION: The flow distributor and the flow distribution system is equipped with an inflow tube 44 receiving the inflow of a flow, a plurality of outflow tubes 38 with openings 38a opened at an end of the inflow tube 44 and arranged so as to surround an axis of the inflow tube 44, first partitions 51 having the same number of plates 51a arranged at an outflow tube 38 side in the inflow tube 44 and extending radially outward from the axis of the inflow tube 44 as the number of the openings 38a of the outflow tube 38, and second partitions 52 arranged away from the inflow tube 38 than the first partitions 51 and having the same number of plates 52a extending radially outward from the axis of the inflow tube 44 as the number of the openings 38 of the outflow tube 38.
