PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor able to output a highly user-friendly image list. SOLUTION: Management information is assigned to each extracted frame image information. A moving image index is formed for each extracted frame image information and output as an image list, the moving image index including a frame image corresponding to the frame image information or a reduced or enlarged image of the frame image and control information assigned to the frame image information.
