PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polyamide resin film which is excellent in sliding properties even under a high humidity operating environment, has excellent gas barrier properties even after being stored under high temperature and high humidity conditions for a long time, and can be stably used in applications subjected to high temperature hot water processing such as a boiling processing and a retort processing. SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented polyamide resin film with gas barrier properties comprises a biaxially oriented polyamide resin film substrate containing silica particles with a mean particle diameter of 1-2μm, and a long chain fatty acid type bisamide composed of a fatty acid with≥20C, and having the amount of extraction of caprolactam monomer of≤0.1 mass%, a gas barrier layer formed with a gas barrier layer forming coating comprising a polyalcohol polymer and a polycarboxylic acid polymer, an overcoating layer formed with an overcoating layer forming coating containing at least one of monovalent metal compounds and bivalent or higher metal compounds, and a topcoating layer formed with a topcoating layer forming coating, and these are laminated.
