PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tibia pad capable of expecting the sufficient shock-absorbing effect, and reducing the manufacturing man-hour. SOLUTION: The tibia pad 1 has a body 10 to be mounted on a floor 4 of a vehicle body. The body 10 is integrated with a shaft body 2 to be engaged with claw pieces 30, 30 provided in the floor 4 of the vehicle body, and the shaft body is protruded from the body 10. Thus, any process of mounting a socket 7 on the body 10 is unnecessary when assembling a shock-absorbing member for protecting a lower limb, and the manufacturing man-hour can be reduced.
