<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide proper damping movement by avoiding forming of a closed space between a membrane and an inner circumference face of a cylinder. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The damper device 1 is provided with the cylindrical membrane 23 arranged along the inner circumference face of the cylinder 3 sealing a working fluid and partitioning off an open space 27 opened to outside air with the inner circumference face of the cylinder 3, and the membrane 23 is warped with respect to the open space 27 in response to volume change in the cylinder 3. It is characterized by that a protruding part 51 is provided in the membrane 23 for avoiding forming of a closed space between the inner circumference face of the cylinder and the membrane 23 during warping of the membrane 23.
