<p>Disclosed is a means for solving electromagnetic problems by a simple structure without causing time difference in transmitting timing signals to a plurality of control substrates respectively. An image recorder comprises a controller (3) for controlling a line head system (2), and a transmission means (4) for transmitting, from the controller (3) to a control substrate (22), a data signal (Sd) including image data and a timing signal (St) for synchronizing ink drip discharges among nozzles (21a). The transmission means (4) has a metallic cable (42) for transmitting at least the timing signal (St) and an optical fiber (41) for making daisy chain connection among the controller (3) and the plurality of control substrates (22) for transmitting at least the data signal (Sd).</p> |
